Used Coats Big Ball size 20. Used 2 rows of plain netting over 1/4" mesh stick before begining first row of stitch. Began with 8 loops.

The amount of increase can vary depending on the number of knots placed in loops in round/row 1 and the number of loops net together in round/row 9.
