| 1. Take one of the 11" or 14" ropes and thread it through the loops on the first row of netting. |

2. Slip one of the pieces of shrink tubing onto the rope. |

| 3. With candle or other heat source, melt the ends of the rope and join into a circle. |

| 4. Move the shrink tubing over the joined ends... |

| ...and heat it until it shrinks tightly around the rope. |

Repeat those steps with the other 11" or 14" rope, threading it through the loops on the last row of netting. |
