Plain Diamond Mesh

INSTRUCTIONS

Row 1	1/4" mesh stick	12 knots in row
	In foundation loop net 12 loops.

Row 2	¼" mesh stick	12 knots in row
	Turn work over, going into the last loop made in previous row, net 1 knot in each loop across row. Repeat this row until work is as long as desired.

This is a good piece to use practice the basic netting knot.

VARIATIONS:

1. More loops can be placed in the foundation loop.

2. A larger or smaller mesh stick could be used throughout the entire piece or for certain rows.
